Corrections

Accuracy is a product requirement. When a value is wrong or a source has been updated, we correct it at the data layer so every page, comparison, ranking, and API response that derives from it is corrected at once.

How corrections work

• Corrections are applied through reviewed import jobs, not ad-hoc edits.
• Every change is recorded as an auditable entity revision.
• Calculated values are recomputed from corrected source data.
• We preserve provenance so a value can always be traced to its source.

Spotted something off? Please include the food, the value, and the correct source. A public submission workflow is coming; until then, corrections are handled editorially.
